Building on over 25 years in aviation, Tom launched Saxon as he saw a need in the Canadian marketplace for flexible staffing solutions that benefited both aerospace firms and technicians. He is highly respected for his in-depth industry knowledge and commitment to do whatever it takes to make things happen for his clients. He has previously held positions as a GTE Mechanic, Quality Assurance Manager and Project Manager with such outstanding organizations as British Airways, General Electric, Magellan Aerospace and MTU Maintenance. Reflective of his passion for flying, Tom holds a private pilot’s license. He has competed internationally as a target rifle shooter for Team Canada and Team Wales.

Sarah Mansfield

“Sarah oversees our day-to-day operations and ensures that Saxon’s departments are working in harmony to create a successful platform to support our clients, both in our Contracting and Non-Destructive testing divisions. She is also the first point of call for both the clients and technicians and is responsible for facilitating their requests and delivering solutions in a timely manner. She has a Certificate in Human Resource Management and was formerly a Base Manager for a significant float plane operator prior to joining Saxon.”

“Travis brings a strong background in accounting and reporting to his role at Saxon, where he works in all facets of our financial operations to further our growth opportunities across North America. He is valued for his diligence in capturing transactions, delivering financial summaries and analysis, overseeing A/P, A/R, as well as payroll and our year end processes. Travis completed his Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting, and is working towards becoming a CPA.”
